Marinas in Flevoland
A province such surrounded by water, as Flevoland is, naturally has many marinas. There are often more facilities besides mooring your boat... Some marinas provide various water sports options, at the Marina Muiderzand in Almere, for instance; an ideal marina for sporty sailors. They have everything required for a complete water sports holiday and form the operating base for many destinations: the IJsselmeer Lake, Frisian lakes, Wadden Sea, North Sea and the border lakes such as the Markermeer and Gooimeer.
The Lelystad Haven harbour is located between the Batavia and the Oostvaardersplassen lakes. Feel free to leave your boat here for a couple of days, because there is plenty to see and do in the immediate vicinity. The Bremerbergse Hoek marina in Biddinghuizen has mooring for 500 yachts and avails of other smaller marinas on the islands of Ral and Pierland. Enjoy the magnificent environment on board your ship or at the outdoor café of the restaurant with a view of the Veluwemeer Lake.
